Vijay Chavan

Vijay Chavan, PhD, is a highly accomplished chemistry researcher currently serving as a Group Lead at Wockhardt, where they specialize in drug discovery and development. They have extensive expertise in multistep synthesis, medicinal chemistry, and natural product synthesis. Vijay earned a PhD in Total Synthesis of Natural Products from IIT Bombay, where they received the prestigious Eli Lilly Asia Outstanding Thesis Award in 2013.
