Julio Villalobos is an experienced professional in project and program management, currently serving as Launch Manager at Woco Group since March 2021. With a long tenure at Fujikura Automotive Mexico since August 2011, Julio has held roles including Project and Program Management Chief and Product Engineering Chief, overseeing costing and feasibility analysis, coordinating engineering changes, and managing customer negotiations. Previous positions as Product and Process Engineer involved defining manufacturing processes, implementing assembly lines, and ensuring operational efficiency through tools such as Kaizen and Pokayoke designs. Julio holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico Superior del Sur de Guanajuato.
