Olivia Depta is an experienced professional in the field of Human Resources, currently serving as Manager of Strategic & Digital HR Transformation at Woco Group since November 2016. With a progressive career at Woco Group that includes roles such as Leiterin Ausbildung Deutschland, Digital Innovation Manager, and Expert HR Development & Training, Olivia has developed a strong expertise in HR development and training. Prior to this, Olivia worked as a Werkstudentin at Anvis Group GmbH and Woco Group, focusing on Human Resources and personal development. Academically, Olivia holds a Master of Arts in Sociology with a focus on Labor and Organizational Sociology, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, both from Goethe University Frankfurt.
