Founded in 1990 with Woda Development and Construction, Inc. Woda Cooper currently has approximately 400 properties and 16,000 units and operates in 16 states located in the Midwest, Northeast and Southeast regions of the country.  Since its founding, Woda Cooper have continually evaluated and researched new markets to help ensure the availability of newly constructed or renovated affordable housing (LIHTC) units for workforce families and seniors.
