Joey Petrone

Joey Petrone has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career in 2006 as a Photo Editor at Viacom, where they worked until 2008. From 2009 to 2011, Joey worked as a Freelance Photo Editor at Viacom. In 2010, Joey also served as a Webmaster for Untitled Artists Group, where they redesigned the website and newsletter.

In 2013, Joey transitioned to a role as Warehouse Receiving at Sprintz Furniture Showroom, where they worked until 2016. From 2016 to 2018, Joey worked as a Survey Field Technician at H & H LAND SURVEYING, INC. Following that, Joey joined CESO, INC. as a Survey CAD Technician from 2018 to 2021.

Joey then pursued a career in software engineering, starting as a Full Stack Developer at Nashville Software School from 2020 to 2021. They then worked as a Web Developer at Joey Petrone from 2009 to 2021. In 2021, Joey joined Cloud Development Resources as a Junior Software Engineer, where they handled tasks such as SQL querying, front-end architecture maintenance, and low code development using OutSystems. Joey was later promoted to Mid Software Engineer at the same company in 2022.

Currently, Joey is a Software Engineer at Wodify, starting in 2023. With their diverse experience in photo editing, web development, and software engineering, Joey has acquired a robust skill set that makes them a valuable asset to any team.

Joey Petrone's education history begins in 2001 when they enrolled in Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication/Digital Media. They completed their studies in 2006.

In 2015, Joey Petrone attended Nashville State Community College, where they pursued an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Science. They completed their studies in 2019.

Additionally, Joey attended Nashville Software School in 2020 and 2021, focusing on Full-Stack Web Development. Their studies in this program included Javascript, C#, and .Net.

Joey Petrone has also obtained several certifications. In September 2021, they became a Mobile Developer Specialist through OutSystems. In July 2021, they obtained the certification of Associate Reactive Developer. In December 2021, they achieved the certification of Associate Traditional Web Developer. Most recently, in December 2022, Joey obtained a certification as a Front-end Developer Specialist from OutSystems.
