Ben Haslett is an experienced Information Technology professional with a diverse background in IT operations and management. Currently serving as the Information Technology Operations Manager and Business Solutions Team Lead at Wodonga TAFE since January 2020, Ben has been instrumental in delivering software development, business analysis, and project management services. Prior experience includes consolidating IT operations as a Service Delivery Manager at Northern Beaches Council, where Ben was also a technical expert in migrating legacy email systems to Office 365. Previously, at Manly Council, Ben held multiple roles including Technology Infrastructure Manager and Principal Officer - IT Infrastructure, achieving significant improvements in network performance and support processes. Ben's career also includes positions at AusAID and Manly Library, showcasing a strong foundation in network administration and system upgrades. Ben holds a Master’s degree in Networking and System Administration from Charles Sturt University and possesses PMP certification.
