Carolyn Davis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as Executive Director of People and Capability at Wodonga TAFE since January 2008, Carolyn has previously held roles including Director of Human Resources and Employee Relations Officer within the same organization. Prior experience includes the position of Organisational Development Coordinator at Indigo Shire Council from September 2005 to December 2007, where responsibilities encompassed Employee/Industrial Relations, Risk Management, and Quality Management. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Management and Human Resources from Victoria University and has completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
