Joanne Heeps

Joanne Heeps serves as an Education Manager at Wodonga TAFE since 2017, with an ongoing role as a VET Professional Development Coordinator and Educator since 2009. Additionally, Joanne is a Small Business Management Educator and has held the position of Business Development Specialist at North East Business Advisory Services since 2013. As a committee member of Albury Wodonga Women in Chamber, Joanne contributes to initiatives aimed at supporting women in business. Previous experience includes roles as a Small Business Workshop Leader with Small Business Victoria, a Customer Service Specialist at All Saints Estate, and a Customer Relations Specialist at IBM. Joanne's educational background includes multiple graduate diplomas in Tertiary Teaching, Management, and Vocational Education and Training from Federation University Australia and La Trobe University.
