Lily Kalai Wei

Lily Kalai Wei is an experienced software and back end developer with a strong background in engineering, having worked at notable companies such as Woflow, Retain.ai, VMware, BBPaperless, and Pivotal. Currently at Woflow since September 2022, Lily focuses on back end development. Previous roles include software engineer at Retain.ai, where Lily drove platform changes and contributed to technical decisions, and customer reliability engineer at VMware, where development of automations for Tanzu Mission Control was a primary responsibility. As head of operations and engineering at BBPaperless, leadership in both operations and engineering teams was essential for delivering specialized real estate transaction services. Lily holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from New York University's Polytechnic School of Engineering.
