Wesley Bayer

Wesley Bayer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic partnerships, operations, and go-to-market strategies. Currently, Wesley serves as Head of GTM at Woflow, focusing on scaling enterprise operations through AI Agents. Prior to this role, Wesley was the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Carta, where significant achievements included developing partner pipelines and launching co-branded marketing initiatives. As a founder of Seats, Wesley created headcount management software for scaling companies. Earlier roles at Carta involved successfully launching multiple business lines and establishing a financial product, while previous experiences in investment firms and as a CEO provided a solid foundation in finance and business operations. Wesley holds a BS in Finance and Chinese from Georgetown University and participated in Y Combinator in 2022.
