Norman Stucker

Norman Stucker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in advanced manufacturing, consulting, and real estate development. As the Founder of Courageux Consulting since July 2025, Norman emphasizes customer-centric solutions through collaborative trust-building. In conjunction with this role, Norman serves as an Associate Consultant at Wohlers Associates and as an Independent Consultant for American Alloy, focusing on enhancing ITAR Registered capabilities in fabrication and advanced manufacturing technologies. Previous positions include Commercial Leader for Aerospace at Stratasys, General Manager at PADT, and various roles in real estate development and consulting. Norman holds an MBA in Real Estate/Finance from the University of Denver, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering from the University of Waterloo, and a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary.
