Kristina Lucia

Kristina Lucia, MS, PHR, SHRM-CP has a strong background in human resources with over 20 years of experience. Kristina currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Wohlsen Construction Company, starting in May 2023. Prior to this, Kristina served as the Director of Human Resources at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health for nearly 18 years, from October 2005 to May 2023. Kristina also worked as the Manager of Human Resources at Terre Haute Regional Hospital from February 2004 to July 2005. Before that, they held the position of Manager of Employment at Columbia House Company from August 2001 to February 2004, and Manager of Workforce Diversity at Penske Truck Leasing from January 1997 to February 2001.
