Lisa Murray

Lisa Murray has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lisa started their career in 1993 as a Special Education Teacher at Columbia Borough School District. Lisa later founded their own consulting firm, Lisa Murray Consulting, LLC, in 2003, where they offered various workplace trainings, coaching, and consulting services. In 2014, Lisa joined Hartzell Eye Specialists as a Practice Administrator, focusing on professional development, partnerships, and strategic hiring. Lisa also worked as a Senior Consultant at Stratton Consulting Group from 2017 to 2019, specializing in emotional intelligence and effective communication. Lisa subsequently served as a Consulting Partner at Actionable Conversations from 2017 to 2019. Currently, Lisa is the Director of Learning and Development at Wohlsen Construction Company, and is also taking on the role of Director of Human Capital Solutions from 2021 to 2023. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in various areas including leadership development, interpersonal communication, and employee training.

Lisa Murray has a B.S. degree in Special Education/Elementary Education from Cabrini University. In 2013, they received certification as a Licensed Facilitator of Interpersonal Leadership Styles from Stratton Consulting Group. Lisa also attended Manheim Township High School.
