Bassem Mankarios

Bassem Mankarios began their work experience in 2011 as a Trainee at Berzi Brothers for Plastics. Bassem then worked as a Trainee at MCV - Manufacturing Commercial Vehicles and returned to Berzi Brothers for Plastics for another trainee position in 2012.

In 2013, Mankarios worked as a Junior Teaching Assistant at The German University in Cairo, where they taught Computer Science to first-semester students.

From 2014 to 2018, Mankarios worked at Advansys ESC as a Software Engineer, starting as Software Engineer I and progressing to Software Engineer III. Their responsibilities involved developing software solutions for big warehouses using the DCD 3.3 framework.

In 2018, Mankarios joined Brightskies Technologies as a Full Stack Software Engineer and later transitioned to Dematic in the same role in 2018.

Most recently, in 2019, Mankarios joined Wohnungshelden as a Full-stack Developer. In this role, they worked in an agile team to develop a software to digitize the apartment rental process. Bassem also served as a feature lead, designed software architecture, built the full stack of new features, and utilized Google cloud infrastructure to monitor the production system.

Bassem Mankarios completed their education in a chronological order. Bassem attended College de la Salle from 1996 to 2009, where they obtained a Thanawya Ama degree in Mathematics. In 2009, they enrolled at The German University in Cairo and pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering. Bassem completed this program in 2014.

During their time at The German University in Cairo, Bassem also attended Brandenburg University of Applied Sciences in 2013. Bassem obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering in that same year.

In addition to their formal education, Bassem Mankarios has obtained several certifications. In 2017, they became an Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 8 Programmer. Bassem also participated in various Coursera courses offered by the University of Maryland, College Park. In 2019, they obtained certifications in courses such as "New Venture Finance: Startup Funding for Entrepreneurs," "Innovation for Entrepreneurs: From Idea to Marketplace," and "Developing Innovative Ideas for New Companies: The First Step in Entrepreneurship." Prior to this, in 2016, they acquired a certification in Presentation Skills from Fekrkhan, and in 2010, they obtained a German A2 certification from Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München.

Additionally, Bassem Mankarios holds a FachHochSchule Brandenburg (FHB) Bachelor Project certificate from Brandenburg University of Applied Sciences, although the specific details regarding the month and year of completion are not provided.
