Manuel Herre

Manuel Herre currently serves as the Head of Innovation and Product Management at Wöhrle Stromversorgungssysteme GmbH, focusing on battery development and product management for UPS and commercial applications since March 2023. Previously, Manuel held the position of Lead Engineer for Battery E/E & BMS at MAHLE from May 2021 to February 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing E/E architecture and components for MAHLE batteries. Prior to that, Manuel was the Project Lead for HV Battery at umlaut company, contributing to the development of the Cell Module Controller for the Porsche Taycan and serving as System Engineer for the E-Box and BMS for the PPE41 platform. An internship in defect management at BMW Group occurred in 2016, while a role as Hardware Developer for Wire Harness at TUfast e.V. Racing Team took place from 2014 to 2015. Manuel earned a degree from the Technical University of Munich between 2012 and 2017.
