Janet Rosenblatt, CPA, has over 25 years of experience in tax consulting and management. Currently serving as Tax Director at Wojeski & Company CPAs, P.C. since October 2011, Janet specializes in advising on the tax structure of mergers, acquisitions, and business reorganizations, as well as providing consulting, planning, and tax preparation services for multi-state entities. Previously, Janet worked as Tax Manager at Sheehan & Company from October 1999 to October 2011, focusing on tax preparation and planning for high net worth individuals with complex multistate tax situations. Janet's early career includes a role as Tax Accountant at RSM McGladrey, Inc. from 1998 to 1999. Janet holds a Master of Science in Taxation from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Rutgers University.
