Anne Woodward

Anne Woodward is an experienced professional with a diverse background in housing standards, property management, and community services. Currently serving as the Senior Housing Standards Officer and Housing Standards Team Leader at Woking Borough Council since November 2020, Anne focuses on enhancing the quality of rental properties and supporting tenant rights. Previously, roles included Host at Woking Pin and Property Manager at Clarity Home Solutions, where investment in quality student and shared accommodation was a priority. Additionally, Anne managed The Spinney Children's Centre, providing services to parents of young children, and served as Practice Manager at Allen Physiotherapy, overseeing both strategic and operational aspects of the practice. Anne holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Maths from the University of Surrey.
