William Roper

William Roper serves as a Customer Insight Analyst and Performance Manager at Wokingham Borough Council since February 2021. Prior to this role, Roper held various positions at Waitrose from September 2010 to February 2021, including Performance Support Manager, where leadership spanned food service across two regions with significant sales achievements, and Assistant Manager for Sustainability and Ethical Sourcing, focusing on the development of CSR policies. Additional roles included Store Planner, responsible for optimizing layouts to enhance guest experiences, and Implementation Support Manager, facilitating project execution in branches.
