Prior roles at Wolar include Managing Director, overseeing full P&L responsibility and leading executive teams in business growth; Sales Director, managing sales across Houston, Canada, and Singapore; Inside Sales Representative, focusing on customer service and contract reviews; and Assistant Plant Manager, supporting production objectives. Additionally, Jorge Lara founded Jorge Lara Inc. in September 2020, offering Gallup Certified Strengths Coaching and business consulting aimed at enhancing individual and organizational performance. Jorge Lara holds multiple executive education certificates from Harvard Business School Online and Wharton Executive Education in various fields including economics, corporate governance, and sustainable business strategy.
