Katrina Heinze

Katrina Heinze is an experienced professional in the food industry with extensive expertise in organic brand growth, risk management, and food safety. Currently serving as an Independent Director at Lundberg Family Farms since June 2018, Katrina has held various leadership roles including Chair of the CEO Search Committee and current Chair of the Governance Committee. As a Senior Associate at Wolf & Associates, Inc. since April 2020 and Founder of KH Principles LLC since February 2018, Katrina manages strategic projects and provides consulting services. Additionally, Katrina serves on the Advisory Board for Bee Better Certified and the Organic Advisory Task Force for the Minnesota Department of Agriculture. Previously, Katrina held numerous positions at General Mills for over two decades, culminating in roles focused on organic advocacy and regulatory operations. Educational background includes a BS in Chemistry from Harvey Mudd College and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
