Tara Cross is the founder of TCross Branding + Consulting LLC, established in December 2022, where expertise lies in supporting CPG business owners in the natural and organic food and beverage sectors with decision-making and growth strategies. Currently serving as an associate in marketing at Wolf & Associates, Inc., and as co-founder of Chairlift Coffee Lab, Tara has extensive experience in operational leadership, sales and marketing team development, brand innovation, and sales channel strategy. Previously, Tara held the position of National Director of Partnerships at Dirty Hands, LLC, and served as the National Director of Marketing for Allegro Coffee at Whole Foods Market for over two decades. Tara's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Management in the Public Interest from The Evergreen State College and further studies at the University of Oregon.
