Carol J. Capone

Carol serves as a Senior Manager for Wolf’s Internal Audit Services group and has over 25 years of experience providing internal audit and risk management services to the Firm’s financial institution clients.

Carol resides in Maynard, MA with her husband, Rob, and three of her four children, Courtney, Ashley, and Meagan. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and attending Patriots games as a season ticket holder. During the summer months, she spends much of her free time in York Beach, ME.

Carol’s expertise includes operational and financial audits of commercial real estate lending and servicing, branch and deposit operations, finance and accounting, investor reporting and distributions, wire transfers, and human resources. She also has considerable knowledge of Regulation AB attestations, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation Improvement Act (FDICIA), and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) 404 compliance.
