Gini F. Rubega

Gini is a Manager in Wolf’s Audit group, where she performs audit, review, and compilation services for a wide range of clients, including manufacturing, distribution, retail, construction, investment advisors, and professional service firms. In this position, she executes all aspects of auditing engagements, including planning the audit work, analyzing financial statements, and providing valuable feedback specific to her client’s needs.

Gini resides in South Boston with her husband, Eric. When not at Wolf, you can find her travelling all around the world or volunteering weekly at the “Read to a Child” organization.

As a member of our Employee Benefit Assurance Services group, Gini specializes in implementation of employee benefit plan audits across a variety of industries. As a member of our Manufacturing, Distribution, and Retail group, she advises clients on industry-specific accounting and financial reporting matters, including manufactured inventory costing, percentage-of-completion accounting, and bill-and-hold arrangements. In addition, Gini provides transactional services, such as financial due diligence and post deal opening balance sheet support, to private equity and strategic buyers.
