Jocelyn Wendt

Jocelyn Wendt has always had a passion for communication and customer service. After completing their degree in Communications, they started their career in the customer service industry. Jocelyn began working at the International Salon and Spa Academy in August 2016 as a Guest Services Associate. In this role, they were responsible for booking appointments, managing their time in order to accommodate the clients and students, and being a direct line of communication between the academy and its clients. Jocelyn excelled in this role and was quickly promoted to Administrative Assistant, where they were responsible for filing and organization for confidential, important paperwork as well as transferring these papers into digital format.

In January 2018, Jocelyn left the International Salon and Spa Academy to join Lincoln St. Barbers as Front Desk Staff and Social Media Consultant. In this role, they further improved their interpersonal communication abilities as well as how to solve problems on their own to improve efficiency. In addition to their front desk services, they assisted with the company’s social media and website management, increasing their Instagram traffic by 35% and their website traffic by 50%.

In February 2019, Jocelyn joined Wolf & Key Marketing as a Copywriter & Social Media Manager. In this role, they are responsible for creating compelling copy for the company’s website, social media platforms, and marketing materials. Jocelyn is also responsible for managing the company’s social media platforms, creating content calendars, and analyzing social media analytics to ensure maximum engagement. Jocelyn is passionate about their work and is always looking for new ways to help their company achieve its marketing goals.

Jocelyn Wendt has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and an Associate's degree in Journalism from Pikes Peak State College.
