Hock-Kiong Lim

Hock-Kiong Lim is a seasoned expert in reservoir engineering and production strategy with extensive experience in various roles across prominent energy companies. As a CCS Specialist at Wolf Midstream since October 2023, Hock-Kiong continues to drive advancements in carbon capture and storage. Prior to this, positions included CCUS Subsurface Lead at Suncor, where leadership was provided for the Pathways Alliance CCS project, and Production Strategy Advisor at LNG Canada, focusing on strategic management and KPI development. Hock-Kiong also served as Production Systems Manager at Shell, where innovative digital strategies were deployed, and as Lead Reservoir Engineer at Sakhalin Energy, responsible for enhancing hydrocarbon recovery in offshore fields. A strong foundation in reservoir management was established at Brunei Shell Petroleum, contributing to significant field development and recovery projects. Hock-Kiong holds a Master of Engineering in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Manchester.
