Greg Kerr

Greg Kerr is a Partner at Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP, where Greg has specialized in Community Association Law since March 2007. Responsibilities include representing community associations with regards to bylaws, contracts, and insurance matters, and collaborating with boards of directors and management companies. Additionally, Kerr provides general corporate legal counsel to non-profit and small to medium-sized companies. In litigation, Kerr handles depositions, pleading drafting, witness preparation, and court appearances, demonstrating extensive expertise across various areas of litigation. Prior to this, Kerr served as an Associate Attorney at The Judge Law Firm from January 2004 to January 2006, where responsibilities mirrored those at Wolf, Rifkin. Kerr holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Albany Law School of Union University.
