Robert A. Rivas

Robert A. Rivas is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in litigation, intellectual property, and international services. Currently serving as a Partner at Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP since August 2020, Rivas previously held a similar role at Ropers, Majeski, Kohn & Bentley from September 2015 to August 2020, where Rivas was also the Head of the Wine, Beer and Spirits Practice Group. Prior to that, Rivas was a Partner/Shareholder and Co-Chair of the International and Intellectual Property Practice Groups at AlvaradoSmith APC from 1998 to August 2015. Rivas holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with an emphasis in International Relations from the University of Southern California.
