Christian Mikosch is a Partner at Wolf Theiss with extensive experience in Corporate M&A, mergers & acquisitions, corporate law, and international commercial law. Christian also holds positions as a Senior Associate and Associate at the University of Vienna, where Christian serves as a lecturer in Case Studies M&A, and as a Guest Lecturer at Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz. Prior to their current roles, Christian worked as a Law Clerk at Austrian Courts. Christian holds a Doctor of Law - JD from the University of Vienna, as well as Master of Laws - LLM degrees from Erasmus School of Law and The University of Manchester.
