Kurt Retter is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory and governmental affairs. Since July 2001, Kurt has served as a Partner and Head of the Regulatory and Governmental Affairs practice at Wolf Theiss. Prior roles include serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Allianz-Elementar Versicherungen and as an Associate at CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz. Kurt's academic credentials include a Dr.iur. in Law and an LL.M. from Yale Law School, complementing earlier degrees from the University of Vienna and a Matura from Schottengymnasium. Kurt's career began with legal internships at various organizations, including Pritchard Englefield solicitors and Wirtschaftskammer Österreich.
