Robert Pelikán

Robert Pelikán is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in competition law, business litigation, and regulatory law. Serving as a partner at Wolf Theiss since October 2018, Robert also contributes to academia as a teacher at Charles University, a position held since October 2004. Previously, Robert held the role of Minister at the Czech Ministry of Justice from March 2015 to June 2018. As an entrepreneur, Robert was the owner of Vrána & Pelikán from February 2009 to January 2014. Robert's legal career includes positions at Linklaters and Císař Češka Smutný a spol., and a stint as a stagiaire at the European Court of Justice. Robert holds a Ph.D. in Law and an Mgr. in law from Charles University.
