Elizabeth Schill Hughes, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Elizabeth began their career as a Teacher at Rippling Woods Elementary from November 1995 to July 1999. In 2001, they joined ACLI as a Senior HR Generalist and remained with the company until October 2010. Elizabeth then worked at Nomadic Display as a Human Resources Manager from November 2010 to February 2011. Elizabeth later joined LCG Inc. as a Human Resources Manager in February 2011 and stayed until November 2012. Most recently, Elizabeth has been with Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts, where they held the role of Director of Human Resources from November 2012 to September 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director, Human Resources at the same organization.

Elizabeth Schill Hughes, PHR, SHRM-CP completed their high school education at Parsippany Hills High School. Following this, they attended Salisbury University where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education. In addition to their formal education, Elizabeth has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills, including the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in October 2015 and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2008. Elizabeth also holds other certifications, such as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education obtained in May 2021, and the Onboarding New Hires as a Manager certification from LinkedIn obtained in February 2021.
