Urmi Jani

Urmi Jani is a finance professional with diverse experience in equity research and education. At Wolfe Research, LLC, Urmi served as an Equity Research Associate on the Metals & Mining Team and previously interned with the REITs team, contributing to data organization and client requests while presenting a stock-pitch project. As an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business, Urmi organized student activities and collaborated with professors to enhance learning for over 100 students. Through PhelpsForward, a career development program for first-generation college women, Urmi gained valuable insights from leading finance executives. Additionally, at New Mountain Capital, Urmi gained experience as a Tax Intern, where documentation and transaction analysis were key responsibilities. Urmi is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Finance at Carnegie Mellon University.
