Prior to this role, Andy Mellman served as a Field Sales Specialist at Wolff Group from June 1996, focusing on helping food service operators enhance their business operations. Additionally, Andy Mellman held the position of General Manager and Kitchen Trainer at Perkins restaurants from June 1992 to 1996. Educationally, Andy Mellman earned an Associate's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College in 1981, following attendance at Sycamore from 1973 to 1977.
