Junghoon Pak is an accomplished Pastry Sous Chef and Chocolatier with extensive experience in the culinary field. Currently serving at Wolfgang Puck Catering since September 2014, Junghoon is responsible for creating chocolate decorations and producing thousands of specialty chocolates for events such as the Oscars. Previous roles include overseeing daily production for Cafe Metro's 25 locations as a Pastry Sous Chef, and operating Truffles Cafe & Bakery as both Pastry Chef and Owner, where responsibilities included staff training and menu development. Additional experience includes positions at Tavern on the Green and Arthur's Landing, as well as serving as Head Baker at Rococo German Bakery. Educational credentials include an A.A.S. in Baking & Pastry Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
