Shai Nemesh has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. They started their career in 1997 as an Operations Manager at The Jewish Agency for Israel, where they oversaw operational needs for the Summer Shlichim Program and managed a call center. In 2004, they became the Director of Global Operations at American Camp and Work Experience, managing recruitment, training, and logistical processing for international students. From 2014 to 2016, they served as the Regional Director for New Jersey at the Israeli-American Council, establishing the nonprofit in the region and managing a budget of $5M. They then joined Cedato as a Customer Success Manager, supporting client accounts and cultivating relationships. In 2017, they took on the role of Director of Training and later became the VP of Operations at The Kabbalah Centre, providing leadership in global operations activities. Currently, they are working as the Human Resources Director at Wolfoods, Inc., where they are changing the perception of camp food and emphasizing the importance of balanced diets and green initiatives.
Shai Nemesh has a bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from The Open University of Israel. They also studied Sound Engineering at Emek Hayarden College and attended Nahallal.
