Georgina Lupu Florian

Georgina Lupu Florian has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Georgina is the CEO and Founder of Wolfpack Digital, where they led a team of 85+ people and developed web and mobile applications for partners in fintech, healthtech, greentech, transportation, IoT, and beauty industries. Additionally, they were a member of the Board of Directors at Transilvania IT Cluster, advising on relevant topics for the industry and ecosystem.

Georgina has also worked as a PhD Student at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, focusing on brain decoding using pattern recognition to understand and predict emotions. Georgina was the Head of Software Development at ZipHire, an innovative recruitment platform, and a Co-founder of Domnita, a mobile and web platform targeting women and businesses in the beauty industry.

In addition to these roles, Georgina has worked as an iOS Developer at Kovert Designs, developing an IoT app for smart jewelry, and as an iOS Developer and Product Strategy Consultant at Georgina Lupu PFA, where they freelanced on projects in entertainment, IoT, healthtech, and transportation fields.

Georgina also gained experience as an iOS Developer Intern at Rubytribe and as a Java Developer at NOKIA. Throughout their career, Georgina has demonstrated expertise in coding, project management, business strategy, and UX/UI design.

Georgina Lupu Florian began their education at Lucian Blaga High School from 2003 to 2007. Georgina excelled in their studies and graduated as a valedictorian, specializing in Mathematics and Computer Science. In 2007, they moved on to the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electronics, Communications, and Information Technology. Georgina completed this degree in 2011. Alongside their technical studies, Georgina also attended Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca from 2008 to 2011, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc. with Distinction) in Electronic Engineering with Business Management at King's College London, which they completed in 2012. Subsequently, from 2012 to 2014, they obtained a Master of Arts in Public Relations from Babes-Bolyai University.
