Thabata Ford, MPH, FACHE has a diverse work experience. Thabata is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Wolfson Children's Hospital since September 2020. Prior to this role, they worked as the Assistant Administrator - Operations at the same hospital from December 2018 to September 2020. Thabata also worked at Wolfson Children's Hospital from January 2013 to December 2018, holding positions such as Director of Centers of Distinction and Manager of Regional Outreach and Satellite Clinics. Before joining the hospital, they served as a Legislative Analyst at the Florida House of Representatives from November 2010 to January 2013. Thabata also worked as a Budget Analyst at the Governor's Office of Policy and Budget from 2009 to 2010. Thabata began their career at the Florida Department of Health as an Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff from 2006 to 2009.

Thabata Ford, MPH, FACHE, obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Florida State University, where they attended from 2002 to 2006. Thabata continued their education at the same university, from 2008 to 2010, earning a Masters degree in Public Health.
