Atanu Dutta

Atanu Dutta is an accomplished hardware and process development engineer with extensive experience in Silicon Carbide (SiC) power module platforms at Wolfspeed since 2017. As a Lead Design Engineer, Atanu spearheads product development from concept to production, focusing on reliability, performance enhancements, and cost reduction. Previous experience includes a Research Assistant role at the University of Arkansas, where Atanu developed innovative power modules and conducted rigorous testing and characterization. With a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arkansas, a Master's degree from the same institution, and a Bachelor's degree from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur, Atanu combines academic excellence with practical engineering skills, demonstrating a strong record in both research and applied engineering disciplines.
