Bill Lowry

Bill Lowry is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in wafer fabrication and production management. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at Wolfspeed since July 2016, Bill oversees wafer fab operations with a scope of over 200 employees. Previously, Bill held the position of Director of Wafer Operations at NEC Electronics/TSI Semiconductor for nearly 17 years, managing production and production control with a departmental scope of 400-500 employees and overseeing budgeting responsibilities. In addition, Bill has a diverse background in leadership roles, including Director of Operations at The Navigators, a non-profit focused on mentoring, and as a Franchise Owner/Operator for PLANET SMOOTHIE. Earlier career experiences include various leadership positions in the recording heads industry, encompassing roles such as Director of Wafer Operations and Commodity Manager. Bill holds a degree from California State University, Chico.
