Daniel J. Lichtenwalner is currently the Manager of the Device Physics Group in Power R&D at Wolfspeed, where they oversee advancements in device physics. With over 10 years of experience in processing and characterizing SiC MOSFETs, they have developed expertise that enhances understanding and reliability in semiconductor design. Previously, Daniel served as a research scientist at Wolfspeed and held various academic positions, including Research Assistant Professor at North Carolina State University and Visiting Professor of Chemistry at Florida International University.
