Edward Fitzgerald

Edward Fitzgerald is an experienced equipment maintenance supervisor currently overseeing the AMHS module at Wolfspeed since July 2021. Prior to this role, Edward held various positions including Equipment Maintenance Manager for Lithography, Metrology, and Defect Free Manufacturing sections, and Section Manager for Lithography/Metrology Manufacturing Engineering at GLOBALFOUNDRIES. Edward's earlier experience includes project management at APC, patent engineering at Keohane & D'Alessandro, project engineering at Vistec Lithography, and roles at Fujifilm and ON Semiconductor. Edward holds an MBA from Providence College and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
