Jess Evans

Jess Evans currently serves as the Director of Culture & Community at Wolfspeed, following a tenure at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2012 to 2021, where roles included Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Analyst and Associate Director of Residential Living. In the latter position, Jess provided strategic leadership in recruitment and staff development while overseeing student conduct and care. Previous experience includes roles at Duke University and Virginia Tech, focusing on programming for diverse student populations, staff supervision, and budget management. Jess holds an M.S. in Counseling and Human Development from Radford University and a B.S. in Psychology from Virginia Tech.
