Jorge Perdomo

Jorge Perdomo is a seasoned manufacturing and maintenance professional currently serving as the Sr. Maintenance Manager at Wolfspeed since July 2023. Prior experience includes positions as Maintenance Manager at Kellogg Company and Maintenance and Controls Manager at Cummins Inc., where Jorge aligned maintenance strategies with organizational goals and led the startup of a fully automated CNC product line. Additional roles include Maintenance Leader at Owens Corning, where Jorge implemented TPM initiatives and conducted root-cause analyses, as well as Engineering and Maintenance Manager at Eaton, overseeing modernization projects in manufacturing.
