Lucile C. Teague Sheridan has extensive experience in the semiconductor and materials science fields, currently serving as a Senior Staff R&D Development Engineer and previously holding multiple engineering roles at Wolfspeed since August 2019. Prior to Wolfspeed, Lucile worked at GLOBALFOUNDRIES from February 2013 to May 2019, where responsibilities included performing die-level root cause physical failure analysis and serving as a Principal Engineer in process integration for advanced technology nodes. Lucile's earlier experience includes positions at AMD and Savannah River National Laboratory, where significant contributions were made in product development and research involving organic semiconductor thin-film transistors. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a B.S. in Chemistry from Western Carolina University.
