Nathan Daigle

Nathan Daigle serves as the Global Sustainability Leader and Global Director of Environment Health and Safety at Wolfspeed, focusing on Silicon Carbide and Gallium Nitride-based power and RF component manufacturing since March 2018. Previously, Nathan held multiple roles at Cree, including EHS Director, EHS Manager, and Health and Safety Manager for various manufacturing sectors. Prior to that, Nathan worked at Duke Energy Corporation as an Industrial Safety Functional Area Manager and Senior Occupational Health & Safety Specialist, overseeing safety practices for nuclear generating stations and providing safety management support. Nathan began a career in safety at Duke University Medical Center, managing safety programs for a large employee base. Nathan holds a Master of Science in Environmental Health and Safety from the University of Minnesota Duluth, completed in 2002.
