Oleksandr Kramarenko

Oleksandr Kramarenko is an experienced process engineer and manager specializing in silicon carbide substrate manufacturing and materials chemistry. Currently at Wolfspeed since August 2016, Oleksandr oversees two production lines, leads cross-functional projects for cost reduction and quality improvement, and manages a team of technicians. Prior experience includes roles at Cree, where contributions to silicon carbide processing and R&D were recognized at international conferences, and Y-Carbon, Inc., focusing on the development and commercialization of carbonaceous materials. Oleksandr began a career in research and engineering with significant achievements in the development of dielectric ceramics and has a Master of Science degree in Chemical Technology of Inorganic Substances from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
