Paul Walsh

Paul Walsh is a seasoned director and retired CFO with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry and capital markets. They served on the Board of Directors for Nitero and are currently a member of the Boards for Semtech, Wolfspeed, and Kopin Corporation, where they chair the Audit Committee. In addition, Paul is an adjunct professor at Brown University and has held leadership positions at notable companies including Silicon Laboratories and Allegro MicroSystems. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine and an MBA from Boston University, alongside a Graduate Certificate in Accountancy from Bentley University, which they are pursuing.
