Shawn Lilly

Shawn Lilly, MBA has over 20 years of work experience in various engineering and management roles. Shawn is currently working as the Director of Facilities Engineering & Maintenance Operations at Wolfspeed, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Sr. Manager of Industrial Services & Facilities Engineering at Apotex Inc. from 2017 to 2022. Before joining Apotex, Shawn worked at Nestle for 10 years in different roles, including Industrial Services Engineering Manager, Utilities/Facilities Manager, and Project Manager/Engineer. Shawn began their career at ConvaTec as a Process Engineer and later became a Sr. Process Engineer. Shawn also worked at Abbott as a Controls and Instrumentation Engineer from 1994 to 1998.

Shawn Lilly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, which they obtained from 1990 to 1994. Shawn later pursued an MBA at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from 2005 to 2008.
