Wendy Walters

Wendy Walters (Woodward) has over 20 years of legal experience, currently serving as Director of Legal for Employment, Non-Patent Litigation, and Procurement and Director of Legal for Global Operations and Procurement at Wolfspeed since March 2020. Prior to this role, Wendy held the position of Senior Counsel for Performance Materials at LORD Corporation, where responsibility included advising on strategic and daily legal matters within the global business unit. Wendy began a legal career as a Litigation Associate at Ellis & Winters LLP and Smith Helms Mulliss Moore/Smith Moore LLP, engaging in various civil and commercial litigation cases. Wendy holds a JD from Wake Forest University School of Law and a BA in International/Global Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
