Winston Parker

Winston Parker is a seasoned professional in the field of materials science and engineering, currently serving as a Senior Product Manager for Substrate and Epitaxial Materials at Wolfspeed since May 2021. In this role, Winston oversees wafer substrate products utilized in Power and RF applications, including bare n-type Silicon Carbide and High Purity Silicon Carbide with GaN. Prior to joining Wolfspeed, Winston held various positions at Cree, Inc. from August 2004 to May 2021, culminating in the role of Director of RF Product Engineering. Winston's early career included engineering roles at AMD/Spansion from 2001 to 2004. Winston holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Science and Engineering from North Carolina State University and has further education from the University of Melbourne.
